Whisper in the Woods
Category: Books | Art, Exhibitions, Insects etc.Although I haven’t seen it yet, the spring issue of Whisper in the Woods is just out, and features a large selection of my wildlife photography, including the fearless wasp below on the front cover.
The magazine has showcased many excellent photographers, including Jim Brandenburg and Carl Sams. If you get a copy, let my know if you have a favorite image.

Impressive shot. You must have known that you were getting a “keeper” when you snapped it.
Actually, I almost never know if I’ve got a great image, things are happening so fast, and the bugs or birds are in constant motion. I’m always tweaking camera settings with the changing light. I usually don’t have time to review my work, and I don’t know what I have until much later.
