Angels always seem to have bird wings. The wet head is her fashion statement.
The picture could be called Spring Applause as it seems the bird is watching and applauding.
It would make a good xmas tree top ornament — with spiked head feathers like Ryan Seacrest’s hair.
What is the sound of one wing clapping, “Mr. Onia”? And William, you’ll have to catch her first for your tree.
My guess would be the sound of the other wing if the “one wing” hit it. Otherwise, there could be no clapping, just silent waving.
