Holiday Memories: my father once put chocolate covered insects out at a Christmas party and didn’t tell anyone until after they were eaten.

While I was in basic training in the Army, my mother (the practical joker) sent me a care package with cookies and a package of chocolate covered baby bumble bees. They were pretty much like eating Hershey’s Crackle.

LARVETS sounds like semi-depressing Britfood. If I didn’t know it was larvae, I still wouldn’t eat it.

I ate the Larvets today in an omelet, Deb. Not bad, if I didn’t know it was larvae, I probably wouldn’t think twice. (Don’t think twice, it’s alright?)
